R Monocerotis

R Monocerotis is a young, massive Herbig Ae/Be star situated about 2,500 light-years from Earth in the constellation Monoceros. It is surrounded by a circumstellar disk of gas and dust and is the illuminating source of Hubble's Variable Nebula (NGC 2261).
